No need for manual watering. Complete absorption in just 3-5 minutes, eliminating the hassle of watering.
1. Soak in water for 3-5 minutes.
Submerging the dry ice packs in water for about 3-5 minutes. This soaking allows the dry ice packs to expand uniformly, with the small compartments reaching a thickness of about 2 centimeters, and the larger compartments expanding to around 3-4 centimeters.
2. Wipe dry off and freeze more than 6 hours.
Wipe or air-dry the surface, Avoid two non-woven fabric surfaces facing each other. This precaution is to prevent them from sticking together. In case being stuck, refrain from forcefully tearing them apart. Instead, let them soften naturally, and then gently separate them.
3. Use the ice pack sheet after frozen
Place the expanded dry ice packs in a refrigerator or cold storage for a duration of at least 6 hours, until they freeze completely and become solid. Once they have frozen completely, they are ready for use. You can use it all or cut to size you to fit your cooler box.

How long do dry ice packs last?
Dry ice pack will last approximately 24 hours when stored in a styrofoam cooler. However, this period only applies to a regular-sized cooler holding up to 2 dry ice blocks. The dry ice will last about 3-4 days in large styrofoam with more dry ice blocks.
Is the usage of dry ice packs fixed?
The quantity can be adjusted flexibly according to actual circumstances. If you have more goods or longer transportation times, you should increase the amount of dry ice packs. For destinations in hotter southern regions, more dry ice packs are needed, while in northern areas, the amount can be reduced.
Can dry ice packs directly contact food?
The materials used for both the interior and exterior of dry ice packs are food-grade materials, allowing direct contact with food. Those interested can obtain an SGS food-grade certification certificate from customer service.

What is a Dry ice pack?
It’s a flexible sheet which is usually of dimension 28.5 x42 cm, 2mm thick and weighs about 50 grams. Once activated they are about 1200 grams in weight and they shrink to 24.5 x 40 cm and go about 3cms thick.
The dry ice pack is a synthetic dehydrated gel pack which has 2 outer layers of perforated plastic and 2 inner layers of non-woven textile which encapsulate a post-treated sodium Polyacrylate copolymer. These ice packs can be activated when required and used. These dry ice packs can be cut to size, flexible when frozen and last up to 7 times longer than ice.
What is the insulation duration of dry ice packs?
Generally, for foam box packaging with an appropriate amount of dry ice packs, the freshness can be maintained for about 2-3 days at temperatures of 0-8°C. The specific insulation time can be adjusted based on outdoor temperature and the temperature requirements of your insulated products during cold chain transportation. Lower temperatures result in longer freshness preservation.
How should dry ice packs be stored?
Unused dry ice packs that are not needed immediately should be stored at room temperature in a dry place, without the need for water. They can have a shelf life of up to five years.
